Currently living in CA, but looking to move out to Surprise AZ (Heard a lot of good things) Have yet to make it out there personally but have received info about a couple of communities. One is located East of 303 (just east of Reems rd) between Cactus and Peoria. The other is west of 303 just off of Greenway. Im looking for a nice, clean, neighborhood to raise my family, I don’t want to deal with ghetto folk who leave beer cans on the grass, and cause a ruckus all nite (been there done that). Are either of these more or less conducive to what I’m looking for. Is one or both of them a place I need to stay away from. Thanks in advance.
